[Win a prize] Design competition for remodeling Korea Credit Guarantee Fund Mapo office building

Gansam Architects & Partners has been selected as an architect for remodeling Korea Credit Guarantee Fund Mapo office building. With the investment of 20 billion won, the site will be developed to the largest ‘Youth Start-up Town’ in Korea. This 33-old building will be renewed by remodeling construction, interior design, and landscaping. Fostering and supporting facilities for young start-ups will be created with enhanced efficiency and convenience. Youth Start-up Town is scheduled to complete in the first half of 2020.
