Groundbreaking ceremony at the Jeju Cemetery of Loyal Spirit, aiming at opening in 2022

 

The nation's 12th national cemetery, Jeju National Cemetery will have an one-floor building and a basement, built on 274,033 square meters of land with a total floor area of 7,434 square meters. It will open in the first half of 2022. A designer said “As a facility built in the World Natural Heritage Area, balancing between preservation of the original nature and the architecture will be a continuous challenge.”
