[Talks video] TED X SNU ‘Listening to the voice of staffs hidden in the hotel’ by Lee Hyosang
At the TED X SNU Talks held in the Spigen Hall Seoul, Lee Hyosang, a hotel specialized architect of Gansam Architects & Partners, gave a talk on ‘Hidden place in the hotel.’ He talked about the reality of hotel staffs who work in the hidden space to provide a good service. While designing hotels, he realized that good services come from the good environment which provides comfort to workers, and shared the trial and error he underwent for the last 10 years.
